If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will let you know whether you need to return the item to us and if you wish to exercise your legal right to reject the item you must return it to us.
For USA customers please return items within 14 days of the date of delivery.
For all International customers, please return unsuitable items within 28 days of the date you receive the parcel.
Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on cosmetics and pierced jewellery or on swimwear and lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.
Follow the simple steps below.
1.Send email to our Customer Support at email@example.com. Tell us what you are returning and why :). And we’ll let you know if your bought items are returnable and the detailed return process through email response.
2.Post if off! Make sure you keep your proof of postage!
3.Your return arrives back at Security Core, Llc! Our team will make sure all is in order and authorize your refund - this could take us up to 3-5 businessdays once it arrives back in our warehouse.
4.Your refund is on its way. This can take up to 7 days to show in your account and is dependent on your bank's processing time.
Please note: In the event of a discrepancy between the value of the returned item(s) and the actual item(s) received we reserve the right to recover any shortfall from you. Don't worry, if this does happen we will contact you first.
We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please contact us via the contact us form stating the order number, with further details of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order. One of our customer service agents will be more than happy to look into this for you.
It can take up to 28 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund back to your payment method. We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 7 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).
